Delivery: UK delivery £6, or free for orders over £50. Item/s are usually despatched in 2-5 working days and sent in a quality designer jewellery box fully insured via Royal Mail special delivery. If an item arrives damaged, please inform us by email to the above address within 3 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund.

Returns Policy: If, for any reason your purchase is unsuitable and you wish to return the good, they must then be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, excluding any postage charges. Your purchase must be unworn and received in perfect condition in the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you return your purchase fully insured through the Royal Mail Special Delivery service or international equivalent as we cannot accept any responsibility for any returned items that are lost or stolen. Upon receipt of the goods in accordance with the above, we will issue a full refund, or an exchange credit as required. Not returnable items, commission/bespoke pieces and due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.
